OpTech Acquires Assets of TBAeroTech to Expand Aerospace Harnessing and Cabling Manufacturing Capabilities
STERLING, VIRGINIA — Optimum Technologies LLC (“OpTech”) today announced the acquisition of Tudor & Broglio Technologies, LLC (d/b/a TBAeroTech). The strategic acquisition significantly expands OpTech’s in-house manufacturing footprint, precision wire harness production, and quality assurance capabilities.
As part of the transaction, OpTech has assumed the operations of the Sterling, Virginia-based facility. This addition provides OpTech with immediate dedicated shop floor capacity, automated wire processing, precision laser marking, and specialized continuity testing systems required for high-reliability defense and space applications.

Co-founder Adrian Tudor joins OpTech as Harness Production Manager and Quality Assurance (QA) Manager. In this dual capacity, Tudor will oversee harness manufacturing operations and drive OpTech’s quality control programs, including the management of AS9100 / ISO 9001 compliance certifications.
